The Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.

3. Description of Service

Trines.live is a social data experiment that collects and visualizes anonymous data about intimate human moments globally. The Service includes:

• Real-time data visualization
• Anonymous pulse submissions
• Aggregated statistical dashboards
• Global mapping features

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Submit false or misleading data
• Attempt to manipulate or spam the system
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit vulnerabilities
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect only anonymous, aggregated data as described in our Privacy Policy. Specifically:

• What we collect: Timestamp, approximate location (country/city via IP), timezone
• What we DON'T collect: Names, emails, phone numbers, personal identifiers, tracking cookies
• Purpose: Statistical analysis and data visualization only

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, code, and data visualizations on Trines.live are owned by SP® and protected by copyright laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our data for commercial purposes without authorization
• Scrape or systematically extract data from our Service

Data Usage: Aggregated, anonymized statistics may be cited with proper attribution to Trines.live.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy or reliability of data
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Fitness for a particular purpose

We make no guarantees about the accuracy of geographic data, timestamps, or aggregated statistics.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trines.live and its operators (SP®) shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or harm arising from use of the Service
• Decisions made based on data or statistics provided

Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed $10 USD.

9. Third-Party Services

• Payment processors (PayPal, Buy Me a Coffee, Ko-fi)
• Analytics providers (Google Analytics)
• Advertising networks (Google AdSense, ExoClick, etc.)

3. Arbitration in Bogotá, Colombia (if mediation fails)

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
